All prices are quoted in PKR (Rs.) unless otherwise specified. Forge Metrix reserves the right to modify pricing for future services at any time.

3.2: Payment Terms

Invoices must be paid within the timeframe stated (typically 50% upfront, 50% on completion). Late payments may incur interest or result in service suspension.

3.3: Refund Policy

Refunds are granted only under specific conditions defined in the service contract. Once a project has commenced, partial or full refunds may not be applicable.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1: Ownership

All intellectual property created by Forge Metrix, including but not limited to designs, code, and content, remains the property of Forge Metrix until full payment is received.

4.2: Client Content

You retain all rights to content you provide. You grant Forge Metrix a license to use, reproduce, and display such content for project purposes.

4.3: Portfolio Use

Forge Metrix reserves the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio or marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Forge Metrix is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to our services is limited to the amount you paid for those services.
